If you miss a section, no problem, all of the live sessions are recorder for playback and you can access the audio archives at any time. The site is frequently updated with new content, resources and information you need to know! Provides virtual learning 24/7.

One of the biggest challenges you will face will be keeping up with the numerous lenders and their programs as well as keeping up with the numerous commercial properties your
buyers want and have available to sell.

This can be a real challenge. The Financing Data base was designed and developed as a complete property and lender data base management system.

It's completely customizable which means you can create custom fields based on your client's needs or your funders requirements. There's also room for trench notes. An essential tool for brokering commercial properties.

Each week, there will be a 1-2 hour (tele conference) presentation with instruction and insight into that weeks assignment. During these sessions you will have an opportunity to ask your questions . All sessions will be recorded and available for replay and playback in the members site.

Each week, you will have 30 minutes of personal one on one coaching via 2 way or  3 way tele conferencing. These session are tailored to you and your specific situation and knowledge. We will make call with you if needed or show you how to do what it takes to get through each weeks assignment. Roll playing included!

During these sessions your are pressed and encourage to complete your assignments. Failure is not and option and these sessions are not for the timid. They are real and the most valuable part of the program. During these sessions we will work with you through any challenges and to provide very personal and custom training . Our purposes are 2 fold:
